About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales growth aspirations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital procurement, GPOs, and other key stakeholders
  • Utilize virtual tools and channels to engage with customers and facilitate sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage customer data and sales activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Inside sales experience and enthusiasm for leveraging virtual tools and channels for sales
  • Commercial, customer, and results orientation, with an account management mindset
  • Excellent communication, oral, and written skills
  • Capacity for multitasking and passion for continuous learning
  • Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce
