Account Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently hitting monthly sales targets by identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records on the CRM, utilizing pipeline and quoting portals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent growth and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for increased revenue generation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to orchestrate seamless customer experiences, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and issues.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the CRM, leveraging pipeline and quoting tools to optimize sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new business and renewal focus.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 + OTE (£48,000 - £50,000).
