Business Development Representative

Objective: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Northamber PLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our products.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Excellent track record of account management and business development in the IT sector.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the IT sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
