Business Development Representative

Vero HR Ltd is partnering with a well-established independent banking and financial services group to find a talented Sales Executive to join their team in Basingstoke. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will engage with potential clients, identify new business opportunities, understand and present tailored solutions that meet their needs. They will work closely with a supportive team to cultivate strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
What We Offer
We are providing a competitive salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus scheme, pension contributions, Employee Assistance Programme, and various wellbeing and social events throughout the year.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated approach to sales. They should also possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on performance)
