We are seeking an exceptional Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Link Microtek Ltd. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of RF & microwave components and systems to existing and new customers.

Our customer base is diverse, including the MoD, defence primes, research and development establishments, satcom, space, and leading industrial, scientific, and medical organisations. You will work closely with these clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

With a competitive salary & benefits package, including an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £70,000 based on industry standards and the location of Basingstoke, we offer a rewarding and challenging environment for ambitious individuals. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in identifying new opportunities as well as developing existing business relationships. Previous sales experience is not essential, but commercial acumen and an understanding of RF & microwave applications are highly desirable.
