Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Novotel London West Hotel, part of the leading global hospitality group Accor. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their stay meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Establish and develop personal relationships with guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to implement VIP guest procedures and ensure that all guests receive a personalized experience.
  • Be visible and available around the lobby area during busy times, providing assistance and support to guests as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service delivery and respond to guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Encourage guest feedback and comments, using this information to maintain and improve our hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations in a 4*-5* hotel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, team members, and management.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Diplomacy and self-control.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
