Job Summary

A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong interpersonal skills, good people management ability, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and follow up to ensure their requests are met to their satisfaction.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest requests.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and carry out ideas and procedures to continuously improve department performance.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Pro-active and reliable.
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
  • Good level of English is essential.
