Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive an excellent stay as per our hotel standards, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Acknowledge and follow up on guest feedback and complaints with the relevant departments, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • VIP Guest Procedures: Assist the Guest Relations Manager in developing and implementing VIP guest procedures, providing personalized service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Guest Engagement: Encourage comments and feedback from guests, enabling us to maintain and improve our standards, and provide a unique and personalized experience for each guest.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Guest Relations in a 4*-5* hotel, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent grooming and personal presentation, diplomacy, self-control, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
