Job Title: Guest Relations Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team at Arora Group. As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with general enquiries about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Provide good knowledge of the local area and London attractions.
  • Ensure the front-of-house areas are up to standards.
  • Send pre-arrival and post-departure emails to our valuable guests.
  • Assist the guest relations team with guest amenities set up.
  • Assist guests with public/private transportation.
  • Lobby presence.
