Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Operations Manager - Peripatetic to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services across our region.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes, implementing action plans to ensure resident needs are met, and taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop teams in various care homes to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Implement action plans to ensure resident needs are met, including care standards and motivating teams
- Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, including overseeing care standards, clinical practice, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and improve quality of care and services through regular audits and assessments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in nursing, with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
- Experience working in a nursing home setting, with evidence of continual professional development
- Ability to manage and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
