About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Multisite Manager, overseeing the management of services across two 4-bed facilities in Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional leadership, developing strong partnerships, and driving business growth through effective strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate regional management teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Foster robust relationships with local stakeholders, including commissioners, providers, and service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our operational strategy, ensuring it remains aligned with our organizational objectives.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess significant experience in managing services within the learning disabilities sector, coupled with a strong track record of leadership, problem-solving, and innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a current UK driving license and access to a vehicle for regular business travel.
