Job Description

As a Learning Disabilities Home Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new home in Nottingham. This includes managing a team of carers and support staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.

You will work closely with our management team to achieve positive outcomes for the individuals we support. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to leadership, we would welcome your application.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in care management or leadership
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Based on your experience and qualifications, we estimate that this role can offer a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum. Please note that the actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
