Job Title: Lead Learning Disabilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, providing exceptional care and support for individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a proven track record of managing teams. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, including staff management, resident care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residentsOversee the development and implementation of individualized care plansMaintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and care plan reviewsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive optimal care and supportEnsure the home is well-maintained, clean, and safe for residents and staff

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
