We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Learning and Development team in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff members. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in learning disabilities and autism, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel across England as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the organisation's goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Design and implement advanced training programs tailored to the needs of staff working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the L&D team, ensuring high-quality program delivery and team development.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to assess and identify training gaps, developing targeted strategies to address knowledge and skill deficits.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in learning and development, education, social care, or a related field.
  • Experience working in learning and development with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: £57,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on location).
  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
