Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee our Supported Living services across the East Midlands region. Reporting to the Head of Support and Inclusion for England, you will lead a team of regional managers in Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to regional teams
- Develop positive relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and service users
- Collaborate with senior management to develop operational plans aligned with organisational goals
- Sustain high-quality, individualised support services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a manager in the learning disabilities sector
- A current UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regular travel
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and be committed to delivering excellent care.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance.
