Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead and drive the strategy of growth and retention of new and existing business in each sector. This role requires strong leadership and change management skills, as well as experience in managing challenging clients and aligning resources to the business.
The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in Facilities Management, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results. They will also have experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and full conversancy with current Health and Safety and food safety regulations.
The salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career progression and professional development.
