Strategic Business Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Account Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers, identifying their needs and sourcing the best products and services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with our buying team and international supply chain to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction through data analysis and market research
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic management and financial knowledge, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
- IT literacy, with experience of Microsoft Office and other business software
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
