Area Brand Manager Role Summary

CPJ Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Area Brand Manager to represent our client’s high-end kitchen and bathroom products in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize visits to customers, including retail, distribution, and merchant accounts, to showcase products and build business relationships.
  • Execute national strategic customer plans to optimize business opportunities and drive market share growth.
  • Liaise with the sales team, marketing, and customer contacts to ensure promotional activity is delivered and information is documented.
  • Develop strong organizational skills to meet demands, targets, and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to create a competitive advantage and deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide comprehensive and effective training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain robust planning, reporting, and time management skills to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong business skills in decision-making, analysis, judgment, and selling.
  • Demonstrable skills in planning, reporting, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
