About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Student Support Officer at Durham University.

In this position, you will provide face-to-face student support services to students across two colleges, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality student support.

Your key responsibilities will include dealing with individual student support cases, resolving them where possible and referring students to academic departments, specialist services and external support agencies as needed.

You will have ownership of student cases even when referring them to other areas, and will maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality student support.

A competitive salary of £25,593 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this rewarding role.
