About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. This is a part-time position that requires a highly organised and engaging individual to design and implement stimulating activities for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Home Manager and Head of Dementia & Wellbeing to engage with and implement Advinia's Wellbeing and Engagement Programme - S.P.E.C.S.
  • Design and organise, in conjunction with Residents, a range of person-centred stimulating meaningful and engaging activities within the Home.
  • Develop, manage and coordinate new and ongoing meaningful engagement programmes that encourage Residents to maintain pre-existing interests and hobbies.

  • An estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
