Job Opportunity at Excelcare Holdings

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Care Home Receptionist to join our team at Abbot Care Home in Harlow, Essex. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, their families, and visitors.

About the Role:

  • As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing post, answering telephone calls, and delivering messages in a timely manner.
  • Additionally, you will maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always neat and tidy, and work closely with the Home Manager and Administrator to ensure the home is stocked with necessary stationery.
  • You will also be responsible for recording and reporting on the home's daily and weekly updates, as advised by the Home Manager.
  • Furthermore, you will promote the home, conduct show arounds, and support with recruitment of new team members.

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role.
