Key Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors and ensure they sign in and out
* Answer telephone calls and deliver messages in a timely manner
* Handle incoming and outgoing post
* Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
* Work closely with the Home Manager and Administrator to ensure the home is stocked with necessary stationery
* Record and report daily and weekly updates as advised by the Home Manager
* Promote the home, conduct show arounds, and support with recruitment of new team members

Requirements:

* Positive and can-do approach
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
