About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to children and young people in a residential setting, helping them to feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and daily activities, fostering independence and life skills.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive behaviors and managing challenging situations effectively.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Support children with their education and extracurricular activities, encouraging their personal development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with the children, offering emotional support and guidance.
