We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Deputy Support Worker to join our team at our Children's Residential Home in Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily needs and progress of residents
  • Provide one-to-one advice and group support sessions
  • Teach daily living skills, such as budgeting, shopping, and claiming benefits
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home and staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Children's residential home
  • Valid driving license

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £29,120
  • An additional £50 per sleep-in shift
