Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Elite Care Recruitment.
About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential home in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and household chores.
- Support residents in their daily activities, education, and statutory meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with young people who have challenging behaviors.
- Good standard of written and spoken English, sufficient to write records and reports.
- Ability to work shifts, sleep-ins, and work to a rota.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Ability to use your own initiative and exercise sound judgment.
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
