We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Deputy Support Worker to join our team at our Children's Residential Home in Milton Keynes.
About the Role:
As a Children's Residential Deputy Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one advice and group support sessions to residents
- Teach daily living skills, such as budgeting, shopping, and claiming benefits
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home and staff
- Oversee the needs and progress of residents
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £29,120, with an additional £50 per sleep-in shift, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements:
Experience working in a Children's residential home is essential. A driving license is also required.
Shift Patterns:
1 on, 2 off, with day shifts from 8am to 11pm and sleep-in shifts from 7am to 8am.
