Job Title: Head of Programmes and Change Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programmes and Change Management to join our team at HealthHero. As a key member of our Enterprise operations, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex programmes and change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programmes and change initiatives that meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement programme management methodologies and tools to ensure effective programme delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize programme objectives and develop project plans
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver programmes and change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management and change management, with a track record of delivering complex programmes and change initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
