About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Organisational Development (OD) professional to join our team as a Head of Organisational Development and Change. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organisation, Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust, to drive culture change and improve organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and sustainability of all aspects of OD, staff engagement, talent management, and well-being. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing a culture change programme to align with the organisation's vision, values, and strategic aims.
  • Leading and enabling cultural and behavioural changes to embed and sustain performance improvement.
  • Designing and facilitating change management programmes to support cultural and organisational change.
  • Managing the OD team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality OD interventions and excellent customer care.
  • Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders to provide expert advice on how to bring about behavioural and cultural changes.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Graduate-level education and/or professional qualification in OD or a related field.
  • Significant experience in delivering complex culture change at team and system levels.
  • Proven track record of applying OD theory and practice to bring about positive culture change.
  • Experience in programme and project management.
  • High levels of emotional resilience and ability to manage a challenging agenda.
