About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Organisational Development professional to join our team as Head of Organisational Development and Change. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organisation to drive cultural transformation, improve organisational performance, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Organisational Development strategy to drive cultural transformation and improve organisational performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of Organisational Development professionals to deliver high-quality OD interventions and services.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand organisational needs and develop solutions to drive cultural change and improve performance.
  • Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Conduct organisational diagnostics and analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of change management programmes to support cultural and organisational change.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Graduate level education and/or professional qualification in Organisational Development or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Organisational Development, including experience in cultural transformation, change management, and talent management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality OD interventions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
