We are seeking a motivated Programme Manager to help us achieve our vision of transforming services in Adult Social Care and Public Health. Our goal is to support residents in Richmond and Wandsworth to lead longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

The Role

The Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of the Transforming Social Care Programme, which aims to integrate health and care, improve our social care operating model, and accelerate digital innovation. The successful candidate will have experience in programme and project management, with a working understanding of adult social care and local government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve transformational change
  • Manage a diverse team of delivery resources, including project managers and stakeholders
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver change successfully
  • Design, plan, and scope projects and programmes
  • Write and present complex reports
Requirements
  • Detailed working knowledge and understanding of programme and project management methodologies
  • Good understanding of local government, adult social care, and NHS healthcare
  • Management experience, including matrix management of staff
  • Successful delivery of complex programmes/projects
