Job Title: Head of Programmes

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to lead our Enterprise operations in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our virtual healthcare services to our clients, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our programme strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of our virtual healthcare services, including project management, change coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, clinicians, and third-party suppliers.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the operational board, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working in the primary healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of clinical and operational processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
