About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our sales team at Verbatim Pharma. As a key member of the team, you will manage and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in business development or account management, with a passion for customer relations and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients, delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise to drive market strategies forward.
  • Lead and support the internal sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide sales projections and contribute to leadership meetings, helping to shape the direction of our sales strategy.
  • Conduct market research and anticipate client needs, staying ahead of the competition and driving innovation.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management in pharma/healthcare.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, and SalesForce.
  • Results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
