Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our sales team at Verbatim Pharma. This is a dynamic role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development in the pharma/healthcare industry. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients
  • Develop new business opportunities and market strategies
  • Lead and support the internal sales team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide sales projections and contribute to leadership meetings
  • Conduct market research and anticipate client needs

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
