Pharma Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in the rapidly expanding pharma and healthcare market.

This key role will involve managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively managing a portfolio of existing and new clients.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our market share in the pharma and healthcare industry.
  • Lead and support the internal sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide sales projections and contribute to leadership meetings to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the pharma/healthcare industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, and SalesForce.
  • A results-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
