About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team at New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) and contribute to shaping the future of our professional services organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with our management team to design and execute HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, driving growth and success.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition and Performance Management: Oversee the recruitment process, develop and implement performance management frameworks, and lead succession planning initiatives to ensure the continued development of high-performing teams.
  • Foster a Positive Workplace Culture: Promote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide professional guidance and support to employees, resolving conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure that all HR practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
