Event Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Events and Membership Coordinator to join our team at Katie Bard. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that bring together our members, partners, and vendors.
**Responsibilities:*
- Plan and execute events that align with our business objectives.
- Manage logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
- Oversee the new member onboarding process to ensure a seamless and personalised experience.
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community through member-driven initiatives.
- Analyse event and membership data to inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:

**Applicant Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning, client/partner management, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact events and excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
