Job Description

Live Recruitment seeks a highly organized and communicative Senior Event Coordinator to lead the delivery of events in Birmingham or Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing event logistics, client relationships, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a team of event staff to deliver successful events.
  • Manage event finances, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event coordination and project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
