Job Title: Virtual Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Account Manager to join our team at Panton McLeod. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, ensuring exceptional support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage and review the work of the account management team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the water industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
