Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Stonbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review the work of the account management team, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and nurture a diverse portfolio of customers through proactive and reactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Oversee the account management of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Implement strategies to grow and expand the customer base in conjunction with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
  • Manage the team's adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Help the business meet or exceed targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial contract management and negotiation (including NEC 3/4).

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £43k to £48k per annum.
  • Hybrid working arrangements between our head office and home.
  • 30 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays), rising to 34 with length of service.
