Account Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Account Management team, providing guidance, support, and direction to all team members. This includes driving engagement and fostering a positive team culture.
Customer Engagement:
- Manage and review the work of the team to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and provide exceptional support to the business.
- Develop and nurture a diverse portfolio of customers through proactive and reactive outreach and relationship building.
- Oversee the account management of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care, commitment, and professionalism.
- Implement strategies to grow and expand the customer base in conjunction with the Business Development and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Team Management:
- Manage the team's adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Help the business meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial contract management and negotiation (including NEC 3/4).
What We Offer:
- £43k to £48k per annum.
- Hybrid working arrangements between our head office and home.
- 30 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays), rising to 34 with length of service.
