Job Summary

Circet UK is seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our Home division based in Selkirk, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Capacity Planners to effectively plan and manage all resources in the field, ensuring the delivery of targets to our clients' forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Daily Performance Analysis: Review reports and data to assess the effectiveness of our parameters, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
  2. Route Optimization: Maximize routes daily to cover the most jobs with the minimum number of engineers, reducing fuel costs and improving efficiency.
  3. Unplanned Jobs Management: Work with the Field team to cover unplanned jobs daily, ensuring timely completion and minimizing disruptions.
  4. Process Development: Set up and own processes to support current systems, meet targets, and maintain all systems up to date to meet business needs.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with Field Colleagues and Service Centre colleagues to highlight issues, suggest improvements, and provide daily reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade or Scottish equivalent
  • Competent on Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Analytical / critical thinker / problem solving
  • Good working Knowledge of work management systems and windows (Excel/Word)
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures
  • Sound Telecommunication Knowledge
  • Effective Leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively
  • Professional & technical expertise, enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker
  • Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending upon emergency situations
  • Recognise people's right to privacy and dignity, treating every person with respect
  • Willingness to embrace an integrated model and new ways of working
