Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the director, the Key Account Executive will take charge of the Account Management team, offering guidance, support, and direction to all team members while promoting engagement and a positive team environment.

Your Duties Will Include:

Oversee and evaluate the team's performance, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision to deliver outstanding support to the organization. Cultivate and maintain a diverse customer portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship development. Supervise the account management of current clients, ensuring their requirements are met with dedication and professionalism. Develop strategies to expand the customer base in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams, identifying potential for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their changing needs and provide customized solutions. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system. Ensure the team's compliance with internal policies and procedures. Assist the organization in achieving or surpassing targets and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing commercial contracts and negotiations.
