Insurance Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Insurance Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships in the commercial insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with clients, providing expert product advice and guidance.
- Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure clients are presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover.
- Collect payments and ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company compliance.
- Handle complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for own development and achieve a high level of customer service, promoting exceptional customer care standards at all times.
- Insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and within commercial lines.
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day, giving our clients the best possible experience.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to use your initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
- Enthusiastic team player, supporting others, building trust, and having a positive outlook.
- Ability to challenge difficult tasks/situations and have a practical, forward-thinking outlook.
