Commercial Account Handler
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance.
- Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with our Account Executives to provide a comprehensive service to commercial clients.
- Identify opportunities to retain and grow our business through proactive and analytical approaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and within commercial lines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage client requirements.
