About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance.
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to provide a comprehensive service to commercial clients.
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow our business through proactive and analytical approaches.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and within commercial lines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client requirements.
