About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Quote and place cover for clients, including renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book, spanning all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance
- Handle complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial insurance broking environment, ideally with a focus on commercial lines
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive and analytical, with the ability to use initiative and entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business
