Job Opportunity: Commercial Account Handler
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Insurance Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Pace Ward, part of Ethos Broking and the Ardonagh Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships in the Insurance Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with commercial clients to offer a comprehensive service and find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
- Quote and place cover when instructed, invite and bind renewals, deal with mid-term adjustments, and broking client requirements within the insurance market.
- Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance.
- Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and within commercial lines.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to use initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
