We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products and services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance needs and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base
  • Manage client requirements and ensure all business activity complies with FCA regulation and company compliance
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally in a broking environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
