We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with commercial clients, providing expert product advice and guidance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including renewals and mid-term adjustments.
- Manage client requirements, including quoting, placing cover, and conducting related administration work.
- Ensure all business activity complies with FCA regulation and company compliance.
- Handle complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally in a broking environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
