About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Capita's team as an Aeronautical Assessment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing guidance to apprentices studying aeronautical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments of apprentices' knowledge and skills
  • Providing guidance and feedback to apprentices
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality training outcomes

Requirements:

  • Qualification and/or background in Engineering is essential
  • Experience of assessing within adult learning/education is desirable
  • Knowledge of aeronautical/aviation engineering background would be beneficial

  • A salary of around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
