Aeronautical Apprenticeship Lead

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor - Engineering to join our team and support the development of the next generation of engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting enrolments, providing programme inductions, progress reviews, training delivery, and support services to apprentices studying Aeronautical Engineering.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Qualification and/or background in Engineering is essential
- Experience in assessing within adult learning/education is desirable
- Familiarity with Aeronautical/Airline industry would be beneficial
- Proficiency in the use of technology to support learning delivery (MS Office)
**Salary and Benefits:**
* Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
